Kristine Holliston

Meet Kristine Holliston, Psychologist

I am a registered psychologist based in Queensland with experience working with individuals with mental health concerns, such as depression, anxiety-related concerns, and difficulties with emotional regulation. I do have experience with more complex presentations such as BPD, Autism, and ADHD.

My approach is client-centered, evidence-based, and tailored to each person's unique circumstances. I use a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

My background includes experience in Human Resources, which informs my work with clients navigating workplace challenges, vocational skills, and social communication in professional settings.
