Meet Kristine Holliston, Psychologist

I am a registered psychologist based in Queensland with experience working with individuals with mental health concerns, such as depression, anxiety-related concerns, and difficulties with emotional regulation. I do have experience with more complex presentations such as BPD, Autism, and ADHD.

My approach is client-centered, evidence-based, and tailored to each person's unique circumstances. I use a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Schema Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and FLASH Technique.

With experience in Human Resources and the disability sector, I bring a practical, people‑centred lens to therapy. I support clients to build communication skills, strengthen confidence, and develop problem‑solving and self‑advocacy across many areas of life.

I offer telehealth-only sessions to provide accessible support within Australia. Please feel free to reach out to schedule an appointment via Halaxy.
